Intention • trust • community • authenticity
"As an artist, I have always held myself to a certain standard - believing resolutely in the importance of sticking to my principles in everything that I do. After nearly twenty years in music - both DJ’ing and producing - I recognise that a lot has changed. I have changed.
With Workforce & Friends events, I’m focussed on a few key tenets: Intention shaping experience. Policy cultivating safety, inclusivity, and free expression. Championing authenticity, experimentation, and artistry.
My aim is to work with promoters and venues who want to present events that have these key principles at their foundation; built with care, clarity, attention to detail, and great sound.
It’s not about redesigning the club experience, but about re-centring it. Remembering that the purpose of these gatherings has always been to connect people and ideas.
The vision is simple: rooms in which artists can play with trust and take risks, where attendees can arrive with open minds and curiosity instead of certainty, and where egos are left at the door.
The successes so far has proved that, with these slight tweaks, coupled with transparency, and community-shared expectations, there is an appetite for events which are more carefully considered, welcoming, and ideals driven.

Corsica Studios - 27th September 2025
Workforce & Friends at Corsica Studios brought together a full house around a clear set of intentions: inclusivity, safety, and genuine connection. Many attendees mentioned that those values — highlighted in the event’s promotion — were what drew them to the night.
On entry, each guest received a QR-coded card linking to a private stream of the recordings, extending the experience beyond the club itself. The unannounced guest was LSB, who joined Workforce for a two-hour back-to-back during a three-hour headline set.
The night reflected an ongoing effort to rethink how events are presented and how community can be built through care, detail, and shared purpose.
